CUSTOMER
Any individual or legal entity purchasing IT consultancy services through the website.
This agreement covers the terms of the 60-minute IT consultancy session purchased online by the customer. The service consists of a one-on-one consultancy session on system analysis, technology selection and project management.
The consultancy session fee is €17.90 (VAT included). Payment is collected once, in advance, via a secure payment infrastructure using a credit card, before the service is rendered.
Following payment confirmation, a session date and time are agreed upon with the customer. The consultancy session is conducted via an online platform (Google Meet, Zoom etc.) or by phone.
Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the session date will receive a full refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or after the session has taken place. As the service is rendered upon the customer's own request and consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after this period.
